How Do I Return My Order?

Purchasing Online

Zuri operate an on-line store for direct purchases and we also have a small in-hosue store at our premises in Waterford. Our staff will address any questions you might have about delivery of your products, your right to cancel orders or return faulty products to us and our quality assurance.

Missing or Delayed Orders

Should your order not reach you within the times quoted below, please accept our apologies and contact our Customer Service Department who will be happy to assist – you can do this by submitting a request HERE.

Delivery Times

All items will be despatched within 2-3 working days from order placement.


– In ROI and NI for delivery please allow 24 hours. Delivery is typically next day after despatch however this can on occasion be extended. Please not there are no deliceirs on Saturdays and Sundays.

– To UK mainland for delivery allow 3-5 working days from despatch from our stores.

– To European mainland for delivery allow 4-5 working days from despatch from our stores.

– For International deliveries allow up to 10 working days from despatch from our stores.
