HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
1. Returns can be made within 28 days of receiving your order to receive a refund
2. Return items in original packaging with tags attached. Please ensure all items are undamaged and unworn before returning.
3. Complete the returns for included in your order. Alternatively, a new returns form can be downloaded here.

Please Note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the sender. We cannot refund the price of pakaging or postage upon returns.
To prevent lost or damaged parcels, we would highly recommend sending returns using recorded/tracked postage. Zuri take no responsibility for lost or damaged items during the returns process.
